what's an NDA?
a non-disclosure agreement keeps your project private. i won't share, post, or show any of the work in my portfolio or socials.

- Purchasing any of the bolded accepted payments is cheaper than commissioning with Robux.
- Commissions are paid for after the work has been completed, not upfront.
- Once the commission is finished and payment has been received, the completed work will be sent as a .RBXM file.
- Clients may review the completed work before making payment.
- Deadlines are estimates and may change depending on project complexity, unexpected issues, or delays caused by the client.
- Additional features or changes outside the original agreement may require extra payment or a revised deadline.
- Clients are responsible for keeping backups of delivered files and project assets.
- These terms of service may be updated at any time. Updates will not retroactively affect agreements made before the changes.
- Tips are optional, but they keep the creativity flowing! :D
terms of service
- Once hired, you agree not to involve me with illegal, racist, or similarly harmful businesses.
- You are required to pay the exact amount agreed upon, including taxes (if paying with Robux).
- Underpaying is only considered if less than or equal to 35% of the work is done.
- Failure to provide payment after the commission has been completed may result in the work being withheld.
- Repeated failure to respond to messages may result in the project being paused or cancelled.
- Clients are responsible for providing clear instructions, references, and any necessary assets before or during development.
- Clients must provide reasonable notice if they wish to cancel a commission.
- Payments are non-refundable once work has been completed or delivered, unless otherwise agreed upon.
- I reserve the right to decline or discontinue commissions that exceed my abilities, availability, or agreed scope of work.
- Clients may not redistribute, resell, or claim ownership of commissioned work unless explicitly agreed upon.
- I am not responsible for project delays caused by third-party services, Roblox updates, or circumstances outside my control.
- If I retire from your project, you may not force me back or bribe me to return unless I choose to.
- You must have a chat platform (like Discord) available to communicate with the team or me.
